Uniwersytecki 1, 50-137 Wroc\u0142aw, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted via e-mail address: IOD@uwr.edu.pl or by letter to: pl. Uniwersytecki 1, 50-137 Wroc\u0142aw.<br>The DPO can be contacted on all matters concerning the processing of your personal data by the University of Wroc\u0142aw and your exercise of rights related to the processing of your personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process for employment at the University of Wroc\u0142aw. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfilment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) in conjunction with Article 22<sup>1<\/sup> of the Labour Code <em>and, <\/em>in the case of academic teachers, also Article 119 of the <em>Law on Higher Education and Science <\/em>and the necessity to take action before concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). In the event that you provide data beyond the catalogue of data described in the Labour Code, the basis for data processing will be your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and in the event that you provide special categories of data, your consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). Consent will also constitute a clear affirmative action of providing on your own initiative additional personal data to that requested.<br>In the case of a person with disabilities applying for employment, the legal basis for the processing of health data is the fulfilment of obligations in the field of labour law, social security and social protection (Article 9(2)(b) in connection with Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and in connection with the provisions of the <em>Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities <\/em>Act.<br>Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of defending against claims on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR &#8211; processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator and\/or Article 9(2)(f) GDPR &#8211; processing is necessary for the establishment, investigation or defence of claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your personal data will not be shared with other recipients, with the exception of:<br>a) entities with whom the Administrator has entered into the relevant processing contract;<br>b) cases provided for by law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your data will be kept for the duration of the recruitment process and thereafter for no longer than 12 months from the date of completion of the recruitment process or until the statute of limitations for claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your provision of personal data to the extent required by law is necessary in order to participate in the recruitment procedure. The provision of other personal data is voluntary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the right of access to the content of your data, rectification, restriction of processing and removal and, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the data protection laws, to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.\u00a0<br>If the legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1)(a) and\/or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its
