The competition is open to each candidate who meets the requirements set out in the Higher Education and Science Act of July 20th 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668 as amended) and the Statute of University of Wroclaw.

Requirements

1. Good command of Polish enabling to conduct classes.
2. MA in English Philology.
3. MA in Spanish Philology will be an additional advantage.
4. Teaching experience in secondary or higher education.
5. The ability to use modern technology in language teaching.
6. Dedication and aptitude for teaching.
7. Flexibility.
8. Interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
In teaching area:

1. Conducting English or English and Spanish courses at different levels of fluency, from A1 to B2+.
2. Preparing all the necessary documents related to the course.

In organizational area:

1. Participation in organizing the teaching process in the Foreign Languages Centre, participation in assemblies and meetings for employees.

3. A certified copy of an MA diploma in English Philology or an MA diploma in English and Spanish Philology.
4. A declaration that should the candidate win the competition, the University of Wrocław will be his/her primary place of work (download Workplace Statement).
5. The summary of professional accomplishments containing the characteristics of teaching experience and organisational achievements.
6. A written job application addressed to the Rector of the University of Wrocław.
7. A declaration in connection with Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018. The Law on Higher Education and Science (download Declaration – Article 113).
