The competition is open to each candidate who meets the requirements set out in the Higher Education and Science Act of July 20th 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668 as amended) and the Statute of University of Wroclaw.
Requirements
The candidate is required to have:
- Proficiency in Polish sufficient to conduct teaching in that language. Knowledge of English sufficient to conduct teaching in that language would be an advantage.
- A Master’s degree in Law and a PhD in Law obtained on the basis of a thesis in the field of private law.
- Teaching experience in civil law on a Master’s degree programme in law and in intellectual property law at university level.
Scope of duties:
- Delivering lectures and classes on subjects taught by the Department.
- Participation in other teaching and organisational tasks of the Department.

- Self-presentation containing a description of the candidate’s scientific activity, level of internationalization and teaching and organizational activity.
