Applications are invited from those who fulfil the statutory requirements specified in the Higher Education Act from 20th July 2018 (Dz. U. z 2018 r., poz. 1668) and the statutes of the University of Wroclaw.
Requirements:
- PhD in social sciences in the field of psychology.
- Documented scientific achievements (publications in psychological journals with IF).
- Documented participation in research grants.
- Participation in scientific conferences in Poland and international.
- Documented experience in conducting teaching classes at a university (psychology) in the field of: personality psychology, psychology of individual differences, social psychology, statistics, methodology.
- Readiness for organizational work (in the recruitment committee).
- Availability to conduct classes (didactic classes in Institute of Psychology carried out from Monday to Friday in daytime and evening mode, i.e. from 8.00 to 21.00) and on weekends (from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. in various departments of the University offering extramural studies).
- Experience in organizational and promotional activities at a university.
- Command of the Polish language to the extent that it is possible to conduct classes in this language.
- Command of the English language to the extent that it is possible to conduct classes in this language and to coordinate Erasmus.
- Communicativeness and ability to work in a group.
Responsibilities (respectively in the research, teaching and organizational areas):
- Systematic scientific development, manifested by publishing in psychological scientific journals (with IF), participation in scientific conferences and research projects.
- Conducting classes in the field of personality psychology, psychology of individual differences, social psychology, statistics, methodology and others related, resulting from the current needs of the Institute of Psychology, University of Wroclaw.
- Work for the Institute of Psychology in the field of participation in university committees (recruitment committee).
- Work for the Institute of Psychology in the field of organization of meetings, symposia and conference affiliated with the Institute of Psychology, University of Wroclaw.
- Activities promoting the Institute of Psychology, University of Wroclaw.

- Certificate of participation in NCN, NCBR, ministerial and other equivalent research grants.
- Certificate of teaching at a university (major in psychology) for the last five years.
- Electronic versions of the two most important publications that the candidate considers representative of his or her scientific achievements or an explanation of the lack of them.
